Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking a Technical Hardware Engineer to manage the lifecycle of office hardware assets, including desktops, laptops and monitors, coordinating with service providers and OEMs to ensure stable device operations.

You will work with global teams, especially in Germany, to define specs, oversee BIOS/driver updates and monitor hardware risks. This is an on-site role in Bengaluru, with CTC up to ₹13 LPA.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT office hardware environments.
• Strong knowledge of PCs, laptops, and monitors.
• Experience with hardware lifecycle governance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / MS Office.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify hardware trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap, strategy and lifecycle for office hardware portfolio.
• Manage and monitor external service providers, deliverables and quality.
• Coordinate Global Hardware Lab (GHL) activities, certifications, BIOS and driver updates.
• Define technical specifications and minimum requirements for PCs, laptops, monitors & accessories.
• Track risks, issues and escalations impacting device stability.
• Conduct market research on emerging hardware technologies and products.
• Manage relationships with OEMs such as HP, Lenovo, Dell, Intel, AMD, Acer and Asus.
• Collaborate with global teams, especially colleagues in Germany.

Role Overview
