ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a proactive Technical Executive to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales support for sensor doors and access control systems.

The role requires coordinating with customers, sales teams and technical management to resolve issues and ensure peak product performance, with extensive travel across the assigned region. The incumbent will manage service requests, escalate complex concerns, maintain service documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2–5 years in tech support or a similar role.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting for sensor doors and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical complaints assigned by Technical Manager to rectify on-site product issues.
• Install sensor doors and access control systems and demonstrate product operation for smooth use.
• Conduct initial site visits to recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Escalate unresolved product issues to the Technical Manager for replacement as needed.
• Fill complaint reports per customer details on product troubleshooting and submit to Technical Manager.
• Collect customer feedback after work completion to assess satisfaction and capture insights.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Executive to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support for sensor doors, access control systems, and other access solutions. The role requires effective coordination with customers, sales teams, and technical management to resolve product issues, conduct site assessments, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure seamless product performance. The incumbent will be responsible for managing service requests, escalating complex technical concerns, maintaining service documentation, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support across the assigned region. Extensive travel is required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend technical complaints assigned by Technical Manager to rectify the on-site product issue
• Installation of sensor doors / access control system & demonstrate the working of the product for smooth operation & to enhance the user experience
• Initial site visits to recommend the appropriate & suitable product to the customer
• Escalate the unresolved product issue to the Technical Manager for the replacement of the malfunctioned product
• To fill the complaint report in accordance with the customer regarding product trouble-shooting & ensure to submit the same to the Technical Manager
• To take the feedback from the customer after work completion to evaluate customer satisfaction & valuable feedback.
