Aavas Financiers Ltd is seeking a Property Evaluation Specialist in Pune, responsible for conducting property inspections and technical evaluations for Home Loan and LAP cases. You will assess construction quality, verify documents, and prepare technical reports in line with company guidelines.

The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, clear communication, and willingness to travel for site visits, with coordination across Credit, Sales, and Legal teams to support loan processing.
