ICICI Home Finance is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee property technicality and valuation for Home Loan and LAP cases, with locations in Bhiwadi, Jaipur and Guwahati.

Key tasks include site visits, assessing condition, reviewing plans and documents, preparing technical/valuation reports, and ensuring timely submission of accurate reports across assigned locations. This role requires strong documentation skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a role on roll.

Formación

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 0–4 years of experience relevant to home loans/property assessment acceptable.
• Willingness to travel for site visits across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site visits and property inspections for Home Loan and LAP cases.

• Evaluate property documents, approved plans, layouts and other relevant technical documents.
• Prepare and review Property Valuation / Technical Reports as per company guidelines.

• Identify and highlight technical deviations, discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of technical/valuation reports.
