Job summary

• Conduct site visits and property inspections for Home Loan and LAP cases.
• Assess the technical condition and specifications of properties.
• Evaluate property documents, approved plans, layouts and other relevant technical documents.
• Prepare and review Property Valuation / Technical Reports as per company guidelines.
• Verify property measurements, area and specifications during site visits.
• Identify and highlight technical deviations, discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of technical/valuation reports.
