Job summary

You will conduct field inspections in Mehsana district and nearby locations, review valuation reports from CTMs and valuers, and coordinate with credit, sales and legal teams to streamline processing.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) required.
• 5+ years of experience in Home Loan/LAP technical evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, building approvals, and local property norms.
• Field inspection capability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property technical inspections and verify construction quality, approvals, and progress.
• Review valuation reports submitted by CTMs (Branch Technical Managers) & empaneled valuers.
• Assess market value, distress value, and technical risks for loan proposals.
• Coordinate with credit, sales, and legal teams for processing.
• Manage and monitor technical vendors ensuring quality and TAT adherence.
• Identify discrepancies, prevent valuation frauds, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain documentation and prepare concise technical reports.
