Real Tech Systems is seeking a Technical Engineer to manage IoT projects from planning through execution at client sites across Tamil Nadu. The role includes installation and service activities, documentation, and coordination with field, service, and R&D teams.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome. Diploma/degree in EEE/ECE/E&I/Mechatronics or related field is preferred; others may apply if technically inclined.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechatronics or related field preferred.
Candidates with any degree may apply if interested in technical field work, IoT projects and customer site coordination.

Responsibilities

Handle assigned IoT projects from planning to execution and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate and follow up on project status with customers, field teams, service teams, and internal technical teams.
Attend installation and service activities for IoT controllers at customer locations.
Monitor ongoing IoT projects and provide daily updates to management and concerned teams.
Coordinate with installation and service teams for timely completion of field activities.
Maintain proper documentation for installation reports, service reports, site updates, customer feedback, site photos, and project completion records.
Identify repeated technical issues reported from field sites and report to R&D for analysis.
Work with R&D to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
Ensure all project-related issues are followed up until closure.
Support troubleshooting, testing, and corrective actions during installation and service.

Education
