Required Education And Certifications Critical For The Role: BTech in Computer Science or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in full-stack engineering and Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. This hands‑on technical leadership role will own solution design and architecture, guide engineering standards, lead complex application delivery, and mentor developers. The role will partner with product, architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications and APIs. Experience with containers and AI services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Full‑Stack Development

• Use TypeScript, React, and modern UI frameworks to develop and support Web Applications or Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Develop robust APIs and backend services using C#/.NET / Python/ Node for application‑specific and enterprise‑wide use.
• Strong experience with both relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB), including design, optimization, and integration in cloud‑based applications.

Cloud & Architecture

• Design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, and Serverless architectures.
• Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and Azure AI services is useful for AI features and integration.

DevOps & Automation

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines as code using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Promote development standards through automation, code reviews, and release management.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Own end‑to‑end technical design and collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, architects, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into scalable
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership by setting coding and design standards, reviewing critical code, resolving complex technical issues, and mentoring developers.
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Quality & Support

• Ensure high‑quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and adherence to functional/non‑functional requirements.
• Provide Level 3 support for application incidents, including triaging, bug fixes, and patching.

Skills & Experience Required

• 10+ years of software development experience, including significant hands‑on full‑stack engineering and technical leadership, with strong C#/.NET, Python or Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React skills.
• Proven experience in Azure Cloud Services, Databases, Serverless architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and AI/ML services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in high‑pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and mentor teams.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• UI/UX experience is an advantage.

• Expertise in Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
