Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications across front-end and back-end layers. Qualifications

• 8-12 years of full stack development experience with 2-3 years in a technical lead or team lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React, including component architecture and state management.
• Proficiency with TypeScript for type-safe front-end and back-end code.
• Experience with a UI Design System & Component Library for building enterprise UI.
• Solid working knowledge of Angular for hybrid or legacy front-end ecosystems.
• Proficiency with .NET Core for backend/API development.
• Deep understanding of REST API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), authentication, caching, and performance tuning.
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into applications.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability across the stack through best practices and CI/CD discipline.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across front-end, backend, and integration layers.
• Provide technical estimates, effort planning, and delivery timelines to leadership.

• Deep understanding of backend fundamentals such as REST API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), authentication, caching, and performance tuning.
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into applications.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with Spring Boot for backend microservices development.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tooling.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting delivery environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
