Talent Acquaintance is seeking a customer-focused technical support specialist to provide assistance via phone, email, or chat from our Lucknow office. You will troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve knowledge and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in international BPO is a plus.
