Job summary

Talent Acquaintance in Delhi is seeking a dedicated technical support specialist to assist customers via phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve complex problems, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

You will develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services while continuously updating knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.
