Job summary

DataCouch is seeking a Technical Content Writer to produce high-quality technical content for IT consulting, SaaS, and enterprise training domains. You will craft blogs, case studies, tutorials, and product overviews with a focus on accuracy and readability.

You will collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and design teams, ensuring content aligns with SEO best practices and AI-enabled tooling. A strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer in IT consulting, SaaS, or enterprise training domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent writing, research, and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and use of AI detection/piracy tools.
• Familiarity with LLM chatbots, generative AI platforms, and prompt engineering is a strong plus.
