Responsibilities

• Create high-quality technical blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, web pages, and marketing collateral.
• Research industry trends and competitors to produce insightful content.
• Collaborate with Product, Developers, Designers and BD teams to translate technical info into clear content.
• Write SEO-optimized content to improve search visibility and inbound leads.
• Create thought leadership content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms.

You’llwork closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Engineering teams to create content that positions Codestore as a trusted technology partner across AI, Cloud, Software Development, and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality technical blogs, articles, case studies, solution pages, whitepapers, website content, brochures,Scriptsand marketing collateral.
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging technologies to produce insightful content.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Business Development teams to gather technical information and translate it into easy-to-understand content.
• Write SEO-optimized content that improves search visibility and supports inbound lead generation.
• Create thought leadership content for LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and communication across all platforms.
• Continuouslyoptimizeexisting content based on performance insights and industry best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Experience3+ years of professional experience in Technical Content Writing.

Experience working with IT Services, SaaS, Software Development, AI, Cloud, or Technology companies.

Demonstrated experience creating B2B technical marketing content.

Preferred domain experience: Logistics & Supply Chain, Healthcare, Education/EdTech, FinTech, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, HRTech/SaaS, Enterprise Software Solutions.

Technical Knowledge Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) , Artificial Intelligence (AI) , Cloud Computing , APIs & Integrations , Enterprise Applications , Web & Mobile Technologies , Digital Transformation

Content Expertise Technical Blogs , Website Content , Landing Pages , Case Studies , Whitepapers, Service Pages , Email Campaigns , LinkedIn Articles , Product Content , Marketing Collateral , Scripts(video Content/Podcasts/Webinars)
