Fujitsu seeks a Technical Consultant for Infor WFM Time & Attendance in a hybrid role across multiple Indian locations. The candidate will own the Infor WFM solution, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity, with emphasis on interfaces to Oracle E-Business Suite for HR, Payroll, and Project data.

The role requires 5+ years of Infor WFM experience, strong data integration skills, and hands-on ability with configuration and scripting to support AMS/ADS initiatives.

• Knowledge of Infor WFM configuration: Employee, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Clock.
• Experience with device management (clocks, handheld) and Oracle SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support Infor WFM data structures and integrations.
• Understand Infor WFM configuration modules and clock setup.
• Handle interfaces between Infor WFM and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Provide AMS/ADS for Infor WFM: application management and development services.
• Focus on system stability, performance, and data integrity.
• Coordinate upgrades, server and application maintenance.
• Assist with Java/JavaScript/JSP/Shell/Groovy scripting in Infor WFM extensions.

Job Description

Techno-Functional Consultant for Infor Workforce Management (WFM) to provide expert Application Management Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS). Technical knowledge of the Infor WFM platform and a proven track record of managing its integrations within a complex enterprise environment.

Position Summary

This role will be the primary technical owner for the Infor WFM solution. You will be responsible for the system's stability, performance, and the integrity of data flowing into and out of the application.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing the critical interfaces that connect Infor WFM with the client's core Oracle E-Business Suite for HR, Payroll, and Project data.

Key Responsibilities

• Min 5 Years relavant exp in Infor WFM Data Structure, Integrations
• Understanding of Infor WFM configuration (Employee, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Leave Management, Quick rule, Scriptable customization and Clock configuration)
• Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.)
• Basic understanding of J2SE/J2EE/Java Scripts and Oracle SQL
• Cognos report tool (desirable)
• Extensive Application Support Experience On Infor WFM, Including Corrective Maintenance And Bug Fixing Around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Security Matrix, Wage Adjustments In The Following Modules
• Vulnerabilities
• Upgrade/Server and application maintenance
• Good to have: Experience in working with Java /JavaScript /JSP/ Shell scripting/ Groovy scripting and Oracle SQL in Infor WFM extensions/integrations is an added advantage with time & attendance -technical
