Job summary

Fujitsu in India seeks a Technical Consultant for Infor WFM Time & Attendance to own AMS and ADS for the platform, ensuring stability, data integrity, and performance. You will manage complex integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite for HR, Payroll, and Project data in a hybrid setup.

The role requires 5+ years of Infor WFM experience, strong scripting and SQL skills, and ability to support and upgrade the system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Infor WFM with data structures and integrations.
• Knowledge of Infor WFM configuration and interfaces with Oracle E-Business Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner of the Infor WFM solution, ensuring stability and data integrity.
• Maintain and enhance interfaces between Infor WFM and Oracle E-Business Suite for HR, Payroll, and Project data.
• Provide AMS and ADS services, including maintenance and bug fixes around timesheet data and pay calculations.
• Upgrade/maintenance of servers and applications; ensure security matrix compliance.

Job Description

Techno-Functional Consultant for Infor Workforce Management (WFM) to provide expert Application Management Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS). Technical knowledge of the Infor WFM platform and a proven track record of managing its integrations within a complex enterprise environment.

Position Summary

This role will be the primary technical owner for the Infor WFM solution. You will be responsible for the system's stability, performance, and the integrity of data flowing into and out of the application.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing the critical interfaces that connect Infor WFM with the client's core Oracle E-Business Suite for HR, Payroll, and Project data.

Key Responsibilities

• Min 5 Years relavant exp in Infor WFM Data Structure, Integrations
• Understanding of Infor WFM configuration (Employee, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Leave Management, Quick rule, Scriptable customization and Clock configuration)
• Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.)
• Basic understanding of J2SE/J2EE/Java Scripts and Oracle SQL
• Cognos report tool (desirable)
• Extensive Application Support Experience On Infor WFM, Including Corrective Maintenance And Bug Fixing Around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Security Matrix, Wage Adjustments In The Following Modules
• Vulnerabilities
• Upgrade/Server and application maintenance
• Good to have: Experience in working with Java /JavaScript /JSP/ Shell scripting/ Groovy scripting and Oracle SQL in Infor WFM extensions/integrations is an added advantage with time & attendance -technical
