Fujitsu in Bengaluru, Chennai, Noida, and Pune seeks a Techno-Functional Consultant for Infor WFM Time & Attendance with 5+ years of experience. The role is hybrid with a US shift (5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST). You will manage Infor WFM interfaces, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with Oracle E-Business Suite HR/Payroll modules.

Key focus areas include configuration, device management, and J2SE/JavaScript with Oracle SQL. Experience with Cognos is desirable.

Qualificações

• Min 5 years relevant exp in Infor WFM data structure and integrations.
• Understand Infor WFM configuration: Employee, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Leave Management, custom scripts, and clock configuration.
• Device management: clocks, web, handheld devices.
• Basic knowledge of J2SE/J2EE/JavaScript and Oracle SQL.
• Cognos reporting tool is desirable.
• Extensive AMS/ADS support experience on Infor WFM including maintenance of Timesheet, Pay rules, security, and wage adjustments.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

Position Summary

Techno-Functional Consultant for Infor Workforce Management (WFM) to provide expert Application Management Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS). Technical knowledge of the Infor WFM platform and a proven track record of managing its integrations within a complex enterprise environment.
This role will be the primary technical owner for the Infor WFM solution. You will be responsible for the system's stability, performance, and the integrity of data flowing into and out of the application.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing the critical interfaces that connect Infor WFM with the client's core Oracle E-Business Suite for HR, Payroll, and Project data.

Key Responsibilities

• Min 5 Years relavant exp in Infor WFM Data Structure, Integrations
• Understanding of Infor WFM configuration (Employee, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Leave Management, Quick rule, Scriptable customization and Clock configuration)
• Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.)
• Basic understanding of J2SE/J2EE/Java Scripts and Oracle SQL
• Cognos report tool (desirable)
• Extensive application support experience on Infor WFM, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Security Matrix, Wage Adjustments in the following modules:
• Infor WFM Time & Attendance: Timesheet Configuration, Pay rules, employee/user set up, security profiles, basic building blocks like calculation group, pay groups etc- Functional
• Vulnerabilities
• Upgrade/Server and application maintenance

Good to have:

Experience in working with Java /JavaScript /JSP/ Shell scripting/ Groovy scripting and Oracle SQL in Infor WFM extensions/integrations is an added advantage with time & attendance -technical
