Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Technical Consultant - Service Delivery CyberArk with 3–5 years in RSA G&L and CyberArk to lead end-to-end IAM implementation and administration.

The role covers configuring collectors, workflows, access certifications, JML processes, integrations, and auditing support while driving governance, risk scoring, and compliance across SOX/ISO/GDPR frameworks.

Qualifications

• : 3–5 years hands-on experience in RSA G&L (Aveksa) and CyberArk PIM/PAM.
• : Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle) and IAM concepts (RBAC/ABAC/SOD/JML).
• : Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy).
• : Good knowledge of Identity Governance frameworks, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
• : Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• : Preferred: RSA IGL certification, CyberArk CDE, exposure to SailPoint/Azure AD, and basic scripting (Shell/Python).

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure RSA G&L and CyberArk modules including collectors, workflows, roles, and application onboarding.
• Set up and manage Access Certification campaigns, JML processes, and governance workflows.
• Perform daily administration: health checks, job/workflow monitoring, log analysis, patching, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to RSA G&L, CyberArk, connectors, data loads, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop SQL queries, custom scripts, and configure integrations using REST/SOAP, LDAP, AD, JDBC, and ITSM tools.
• Define SoD rules, access policies, risk scoring, and support audit/compliance activities (SOX/ISO/GDPR).
• Document configurations, architecture, procedures, and conduct requirement workshops, UAT, training, and KT sessions.
