• Work with Help Desk and Infosec teams to ensure successful deployments and support of end users.
• Enhance overall security within Infrastructure and Operations using existing toolsets.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs within Infrastructure and Operations.
• Support the global Clients user base and be on-call for priority incidents.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The individual in this role has responsibility in the Clients identity management and governance program, deploying and administering the CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management tool, and overall improving the security of the Clients IT infrastructure.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 + years of experience in Identity Access Management and Governance (SailPoint)
• 3+ years experience with the CyberArk EPM tool
• Preferably an associate or bachelors degree in computer science or related field of study
• CISSP Certification
• Excellent knowledge of server support and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of initiative and dedication with demonstrated ability to be a team player and willingness to lend a hand with any project.
