Qualifications

• 3–5 years of overall professional IT experience.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing, shadowing, or supporting CyberArk PAM projects.
• Experience in at least two PAM engagements, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Hands-on experience integrating CyberArk with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, databases, and network devices.
• Practical experience onboarding privileged accounts into CyberArk.
• Experience creating and managing Safes, CPM policies, password rotation, and redistribution.
• Knowledge of CyberArk server health monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of DR and DNA in CyberArk.
• Familiarity with PSMP, OPM, AIM, EPM, Viewfinity, PACLI, Password Upload Utility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation and support of IAM and PAM solutions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and technical documentation for IAM/PAM implementations.
• Configure and develop integrations between CyberArk and enterprise platforms.
• Support the full project lifecycle from design to deployment and support.
• Integrate CyberArk with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, databases, and network devices.
• Onboard privileged accounts and manage Safes, CPM policies, and password rotation.
• Monitor CyberArk components for health and availability; respond to incidents.
• Develop PSM auto-detection scripts and CPM connector enhancements.
• Support CyberArk DR activities and utilize DNA for account discovery.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and PAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with CyberArk implementations, privileged account onboarding, platform integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and support of large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of CyberArk-related issues, coordinating with technology vendors when required.
• Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and technical documentation for IAM/PAM implementations.
• Configure, customize, and develop integrations between CyberArk and various enterprise platforms.
• Support the complete project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Integrate CyberArk with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, databases, and network devices.
• Perform privileged account onboarding and management across multiple platforms.
• Create and manage CyberArk Safes, platforms, and Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies.
• Configure password management, password rotation, and redistribution policies.
• Perform health checks and monitor CyberArk components to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain Privileged Session Manager (PSM) auto-detection scripts and CPM connectors.
• Support CyberArk Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and utilize CyberArk DNA for account discovery and assessment.
• Work with CyberArk components and utilities, including PSMP, OPM, AIM, EPM, Viewfinity, PACLI, and Password Upload Utility.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and reusable implementation practices.
• Ensure compliance with project delivery standards and security best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience
