Job summary

Sutherland Global in Hyderabad is seeking a CyberArk Transformation Lead to drive enterprise PAM transformation programs using CyberArk, defining strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery for security transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading assessment through production deployment, defining PAM roadmap, coordinating with IAM, security, and cloud teams, and establishing a CyberArk Center of Excellence to enable rapid, secure access management at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployments, especially CyberArk.
• Strong understanding of identity security platforms and IAM architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and directory services (AD/LDAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead CyberArk transformation programs from assessment through production deployment.
• Define PAM strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
• Conduct current-state assessments and design future-state architecture.
• Lead customer workshops and executive discussions.
• Develop migration strategies from legacy PAM solutions.
• Manage architects, engineers, testers, and integration specialists.
• Define implementation standards and security best practices.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, application, IAM, and security teams.
• Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• Establish CyberArk Center of Excellence (CoE).
