Alignity Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a CyberArk PAM Consultant with 3–10+ years of experience for contract-to-hire opportunities across multiple cities in India. The role involves implementing and supporting IAM/PAM projects, onboarding privileged accounts, and integrating CyberArk with Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases and network devices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on CyberArk experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and solid IT security knowledge including AD, DNS, firewalls,

Qualifications

3–5 years overall professional experience.
At least 2 years implementing/supporting CyberArk PAM projects.
Experience in two PAM engagements covering requirements through deployment.
Hands-on with Windows/UNIX/Linux integration, onboarding privileged accounts.
Knowledge of Safes, CPM policies, password rotation and redistribution.
Understanding CyberArk health monitoring and recovery concepts.
Familiarity with DR and DNA concepts and related CyberArk components.
Good understanding of IT security technologies (AD, DNS, Exchange, firewalls, PKI).
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

Participate in implementation and support of IAM/PAM solutions at scale.
Troubleshoot CyberArk issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Gather requirements, design solutions, and document IAM/PAM projects.
Configure and develop CyberArk integrations with enterprise platforms.
Support full project lifecycle including design, testing, deployment and support.
Integrate CyberArk with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, databases and network devices.
Onboard privileged accounts and manage Safes, CPM policies and password rotation.
Develop CPM connectors and PSM auto-detection scripts; support DR activities.
Contribute to technical docs and best-practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and PAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with CyberArk implementations, privileged account onboarding, platform integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the implementation and support of large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of CyberArk-related issues, coordinating with technology vendors when required.
Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and technical documentation for IAM/PAM implementations.
Configure, customize, and develop integrations between CyberArk and various enterprise platforms.
Support the complete project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
Integrate CyberArk with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, databases, and network devices.
Perform privileged account onboarding and management across multiple platforms.
Create and manage CyberArk Safes, platforms, and Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies.
Configure password management, password rotation, and redistribution policies.
Perform health checks and monitor CyberArk components to ensure system availability and reliability.
Develop and maintain Privileged Session Manager (PSM) auto-detection scripts and CPM connectors.
Support CyberArk Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and utilize CyberArk DNA for account discovery and assessment.
Work with CyberArk components and utilities, including PSMP, OPM, AIM, EPM, Viewfinity, PACLI, and Password Upload Utility.
Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and reusable implementation practices.
Ensure compliance with project delivery standards and security best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, MBA, or an equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of overall professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience implementing, shadowing, or supporting CyberArk PAM projects.
Experience participating in at least two PAM engagements, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
Hands-on experience integrating CyberArk with Windows servers, UNIX/Linux servers, databases, and network devices.
Practical experience onboarding privileged accounts into CyberArk.
Experience creating and managing Safes, platforms, CPM policies, password rotation, and password redistribution.
Knowledge of CyberArk server health monitoring, troubleshooting, and availability management.
Good understanding of PSM auto-detection scripts and CPM connector development.
Knowledge of CyberArk Disaster Recovery (DR) and DNA.
Familiarity with CyberArk components such as PSMP, OPM, AIM, EPM, Viewfinity, PACLI, and Password Upload Utility.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and security technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, firewalls, VPN gateways, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), proxy servers, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
