Infor is seeking a WMS Techno-Functional Specialist to participate in implementing a warehouse management solution in Hyderabad. The role provides business process expertise and application configuration for warehousing operations.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Infor WMS, integration tools, and strong SQL/Oracle skills. The position supports consulting, training, UAT/go-live, and ongoing WMS support.

Qualifications

• 6 years of Java development experience.
• Comfortable with SQL/Oracle and database technologies.
• 6–8 years of experience on Infor WMS application.
• Knowledge of WMS functionalities: Receiving, Putaway, Order Selection, Replenishment, Inventory Control, Shipping.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of the warehouse management solution.
• Configure WMS applications to meet business requirements.
• Create solution designs, documentation, and user trainings.
• Engage in consulting, UAT/go-live and post-implementation support.

Infor WMS Techno-Functional Specialist who will participate and implement warehouse management solution. This position will provide business process expertise and application configuration expertise in the warehousing business.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

• Development skills – J2EE, Web services, SQL, Oracle.
• Knowledge of Web Servers (like Apache, Tomcat, etc.).
• Knowledge of Application Servers (like JBoss/Wildly).
• Hands-on experience on Infor WMS application.
• Hands-on experience in using Integration tools.
• Good knowledge of Databases like SQL/Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Management.
• High interest in continuously learning new technical solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Should have 6 years of java development experience.
• Comfortable with SQL/Oracle and Database technologies.
• Should have 6 to 8 years of experience working on Infor WMS application.
• Good understanding of WMS functionalities like Receiving, Putaway, Order Selection, Replenishment, Inventory Control, Shipping and other warehouse business processes.
• Good experience in developing new and retrofitting existing customizations based on functional business requirements.
• Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution.
• To meet/exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management.
• To meet/exceed expected reliability standards.
• Should be able to efficiently understand the business requirements of the client and subsequently be able to configure and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
• Should be able to create solution designs, documentation, and presentations and also have experience in training the key users in the application.
• Take part in consulting, implementation, users training, UAT/go-live and support of the WMS solutions to assigned projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech/MCA/BSc Computer Science
• Flexible to work in any shift.
• Flexible to Travel.
• Certified WMS professional (would be added advantage).
