Job summary

Recruit Riders Technologies Inc. seeks a Technical Mentor to guide candidates in Data, AI/ML, Finance, and Full Stack with hands-on coaching, live mock interviews, and material development. You will write and refine training materials, track progress, and adapt coaching for Western time zones while collaborating with a global program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on technical proficiency in at least one domain track.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication suitable for coaching international candidates across Western time zones.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at Mehsana, Gujarat.
• Experience in mentoring, tutoring, corporate training, or technical evaluation rounds.

Responsibilities

Position: Technical Mentor (Data, AI/ML, Finance, and Full Stack)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a talented practitioner and educator based at our office in Mehsana, Gujarat, to mentor international job seekers targeting roles in the USA, UK, and Canada. In this onsite role, you will deliver training sessions, conduct mock interviews, author technical materials, and coach candidates to succeed in global hiring processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured technical training and interactive presentations tailored to US, UK, and Canadian hiring standards.
• Conduct live technical mock interviews focusing on coding proficiency, system architecture, domain case studies, and business communication.
• Provide direct coding assistance, debugging support, and technical guidance on complex capstone and portfolio projects.
• Author, refine, and maintain training materials, including cheat sheets, interview playbooks, curriculum slide decks, and code templates.
• Deliver personalized mentoring and constructive feedback to improve problem-solving speed, code cleanliness, and presentation clarity.
• Track candidate milestones and adjust coaching strategies to maximize placement success rates in overseas markets.

Domain Tracks:

Mentors will lead training and coaching across one or more of the following specializations:

• Data Science: Statistical modeling, Python, R, predictive analytics, feature engineering, and core machine learning algorithms.
• Data Analysis: Advanced SQL querying, exploratory data analysis, dashboard creation in Power BI or Tableau, and data storytelling.
• Business Analysis: Business requirement documentation (BRD/FRD), process mapping, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and stakeholder management.
• AI and Machine Learning: Natural language processing, computer vision, LLM application architecture, and deployment pipelines.
• Financial Analysis: Three-statement financial modeling, corporate valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial reporting.
• Full Stack Development: Modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular), backend development (Node.js, Python, or Java), database design, and REST APIs.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on technical proficiency in at least one of the supported domain tracks.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for coaching international candidates across Western time zones.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Proven capability in mentoring, tutoring, corporate training, or conducting technical evaluation rounds.
• Familiarity with the technical evaluation benchmarks, coding tests, and behavioral expectations of US, UK, and Canadian employers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at our office facility in Mehsana, Gujarat.
