Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions.

Improve technical communication and interview performance.
Create coding assignments and technical challenges.
Design interview preparation exercises.
Recommend improvements to learning materials.
Update curriculum based on evolving technology trends.
Conduct workshops and webinars.

This is a hands-on mentorship role where you will work closely with aspiring software engineers, guiding them through technical concepts, real-world projects, interview preparation, and career development.
