Job summary

Clarity Consulting in Delhi is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys, building AI-driven GTM experiments and scaling revenue operations. You will own data-driven strategies, and develop automated workflows that integrate GTM tools with our core product using Node.js, Python, React.js, OpenAI APIs and Claude Code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Node.js, Python, React.js, OpenAI APIs and Claude Code.
• Familiarity with modern GTM tech stack (Clay, HubSpot, Send Spark, etc.).
• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with exposure to AI-driven operations, automation and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-first approach to decision-making and optimizing systems.
• Hands-on expertise in AI & Automation tools, prompt engineering, and creating scalable workflows.
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Background in revenue operations, growth or similar technical GTM roles is a strong plus.
• Location: Delhi. This is a 100% WFO (Work from Office) role.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys, from ICP identification through revenue conversion.
• Build and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using AI tools and platforms.
• Develop data-driven strategies to identify, engage and convert high-value accounts.
• Build automated workflows and systems that scale revenue operations, integrating GTM tools with our core product and data.
• Partner closely with the leadership team as a technical Chief of Staff to drive key projects and business strategy initiatives from planning through execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the entire revenue funnel.
• Evaluate & Implement new GTM technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly business reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement AI-based solutions to streamline workflows.
• Develop an AI-powered operational framework to scale and future-proof our business.
• Own processes end-to-end scope, build, ship and maintain internal tools, integrations and automations using our product stack (Node.js, Python, React.js).
• Build AI-powered solutions using OpenAI APIs and Claude Code to accelerate engineering, operations and GTM workflows.
• Act as the bridge between engineering, product and business teams, translating business priorities into technical execution.
