Job summary

Hexaware Technologies Limited is seeking a senior Business Analyst in Hyderabad to drive requirements for telecom, maritime, and technology projects. You will elicit needs, document specifications, analyze data and model processes while coordinating with stakeholders and agile teams.

Experience with VSAT, 4G/5G/LTE, SD-WAN and maritime operations is highly valued. Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, Visio and analytics tools is required, with an ability to work in SAFe or hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Telecom, IS or related field.
• Proven experience (37 years) as a Business Analyst in telecom, maritime, or tech environment.
• Understanding of satellite communications (VSAT), terrestrial networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD-WAN and maritime ops desirable.
• Strong skills in elicitation, documentation, data analysis and process modelling.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, MS Visio or similar.
• Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• Familiarity with API-driven architectures and integration projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with Agile SAFe or hybrid delivery environments.

• Proven experience (37 years) as a Business Analyst in a telecom, maritime, or technology-focused environment.
• Understanding of satellite communications (VSAT), terrestrial networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD-WAN, and maritime operations is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in requirement elicitation, technical documentation, data analysis, and process modelling.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, MS Visio or similar.
• Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other similar tools.
• Familiarity with API-driven architectures and integration projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile including SAFe or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of maritime regulatory standards (e.g., IMO, SOLAS, cyber compliance).
• Experience working with ship management systems, IoT data platforms, or fleet management tools.
• Certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or ITIL are a plus.
