SalesForce-ad in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Analyst to join the Quoting Rules team within Product & Pricing Operations. The role focuses on configuring CPQ systems, governing quoting rules, and delivering scalable automation toImprove efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Ideal candidates will have Salesforce CPQ experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of end-to-end CPQ implementations. This is an office-based position at the Hyderabad location with EMEA-friendly hours.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Salesforce administration, SOQL, Salesforce CPQ / Apttus CPQ / Approvals experience.
• 3+ years of technical and administrative experience in Salesforce Projects.
• 2+ years of experience in the configuration of CPQ systems.
• B.E. or B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage the configuration of our internal CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
• Own end-to-end governance of quoting rules, including impact analysis, UAT support, defect resolution, and continuous optimization of rule frameworks and production support
• Proficiency in Q2C processes with the ability to identify upstream and downstream impact of business rules across related systems.
• Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes with cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear language for stakeholders.
• Design and develop automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Support CPQ infrastructure including release management and data transformation.
• Lead troubleshooting and bug fixing for published rules configurations.
• Enable faster NPI and product launches by building reusable quoting rule patterns.
• Should have done at least two end-to-end CPQ implementations.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for product lifecycle improvements.
• Influence partners and manage expectations and timelines.

This position is for the Hyderabad location only.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Design, implement, and manage the configuration of our internal CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
• Own end-to-end governance of quoting rules, including impact analysis, UAT support, defect resolution, and continuous optimization of rule frameworks and production support
• Proficiency in Q2C processes with the ability to proactively identify the upstream and downstream impact of business rules across related systems.
• Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, with proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, easy-to-understand language for functional and business stakeholders.
• Design and develop Automation frameworks to reduce human efforts and increase team efficiency.
• Support the operation and maintenance of existing and future CPQ infrastructure, including rule configuration, release management, environment management, data transformation, and migration.
• Lead all aspects of troubleshooting and bug fixing for published rules configurations and case management.
• Enable faster NPI and product launches by building reusable quoting rule patterns and automation frameworks that reduce manual intervention and errors.
• Should have done at least two end-to-end implementation of a CPQ project.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the product lifecycle.
• Influence partners, facilitate and steer group conversations and be clear with expectations and timelines.
• Should possess a keen eye for identifying and automating manual tasks using scripting solutions.
• Flexible to support EMEA hours.
• This is an Office based position out of the Hyderabad Office.

• Proficient in Salesforce administration, SOQL, Salesforce CPQ / Apttus CPQ / Approvals experience.
• Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record of leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) to drive measurable productivity gains, process improvements, and analytical outcomes within a team
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision, prioritizing accuracy of deliverables.
• Candidates with experience in Python, Salesforce Agentforce, AI or other automation scripting tools will be preferred.
