Job summary

NSquare Xperts LLP is seeking a Business Analyst & Presales professional responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing business needs, and supporting the sales process.

You will gather requirements, prepare BRDs/FRDs, coordinate with sales and delivery teams, and help translate business problems into practical solutions for proposals and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, solution consulting, presales, or similar role.
• Strong requirement-gathering, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, BRD/FRD, and proposal preparation.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through client meetings and stakeholder interactions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, proposals, presentations, and other functional documentation.
• Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support client presentations, solution discussions, product demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to design solutions and prepare effort estimations.
• Define project scope, identify gaps, and align expectations with proposed solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals collaboratively.
• Evaluate requirements and translate into clear functional specifications and solution approaches.
• Support sales discussions with functional insights and documentation.
• Ensure smooth transition of requirements and proposed solutions to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through client meetings, discussions, and stakeholder interactions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, proposals, presentations, and other functional documentation.
• Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable solutions aligned with their requirements.
• Support client presentations, solution discussions, product demonstrations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and prepare effort estimations.
• Define project scope, identify requirement gaps, and ensure alignment between client expectations and proposed solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and solution approaches.
• Support sales discussions by providing functional insights, solution recommendations, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure a smooth transition of finalized requirements and proposed solutions to the delivery team.

Required Skills

• 36 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, Presales, or a similar role.
• Strong requirement-gathering, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, BRD/FRD, and proposal preparation.
• Ability to understand business problems and translate them into practical solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Jira or CRM tools is an added advantage.
