Job summary

Digital Crown IT Systems LLP is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Navi Mumbai to translate client needs into technical solutions and to lead BRD/FRD development for delivery teams.

• Develop proposals and contribute to pre-sales activities, helping to shape engagements from the start
• Manage client relationships throughout project lifecycles, serving as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams

What we're looking for:

• 4 or more years of experience in business analysis
• Strong capability in gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements
• Demonstrated success in creating and refining BRD and FRD documentation
• Track record in pre-sales support and proposal writing for client engagements
• Proven client management and stakeholder communication skills
