Job summary

Integrated Wireless Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 10+ years to bridge business requirements and technical implementation in a US-shift role in Gurugram.

You will document BRDs/FRDs, create user stories, ensure alignment with APIs, data flows, and transition to development teams while coordinating with US stakeholders during US business hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a BA/Technical BA.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Experience working with US clients/stakeholders.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and hands‑on experience working with one or more technology stacks such as Java, .NET, C++, or similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, clarification, and impact analysis.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers, architects, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
• Understand existing applications, technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Analyze technical feasibility and identify dependencies, risks, and potential solutions.
• Participate in solution discussions and provide business/functional inputs to technical teams.
• Review technical solutions and ensure they align with business requirements.
• Support developers and QA teams by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in UAT, defect triage, production support, and change management.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process/application improvements.
• Communicate effectively with US‑based stakeholders and participate in meetings during US business hours.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding of at least one programming/technology stack such as:
• Java
• C++
• Other enterprise technology stacks
• Understanding of APIs, web services, system integrations, databases, and data flows.
• Ability to understand technical documentation, application architecture, and system dependencies.
• Experience working with SQL/database concepts is preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical implementation details.
