Job summary

JRD Systems is seeking a Technical/IT Business Analyst in Bengaluru to gather and document business and technical requirements. You will create BRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows, and work with product owners, developers, and QA teams through the SDLC.

You will conduct gap/root cause analysis, support UAT, and manage backlogs with JIRA/Confluence, while leveraging SQL for data analysis and building data-driven solutions. Exposure to Azure/AWS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience with APIs, application workflows, and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with UAT, gap analysis, and functional troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS or cloud-based solutions preferred.
