Job summary

Novastrid It Ventures in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst with Azure exposure to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, perform functional analysis, map processes, and document agile work artifacts.

The role requires deep knowledge of Azure, cloud concepts, and experience translating business needs into BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Qualifications

• 613 years of experience as Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience in Requirement Gathering & Analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of Azure / Microsoft Azure and cloud concepts.
• Experience working with Azure-based applications, services, or data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with Developers, Architects, QA, Product Owners, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with technical teams to understand and document Azure-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Azure Architects/Developers to ensure business requirements are technically feasible.
• Create process flows, functional specifications, use cases, and data/process mapping.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Work with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate requirements.
• Participate in UAT and coordinate issue resolution.
• Track requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and impacts associated with requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
