Job summary

Naukri Assist in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into workable solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to understand goals, identify opportunities for process improvements, develop detailed technical specifications, and participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in IT services and complex systems

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum).
• Experience working on IT services & consulting projects involving complex systems integration.
