Job summary

Intrics Solutions in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will maintain project boards (Jira / Azure DevOps), create and manage user stories with acceptance criteria, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation.

Preferred candidates hold a B.Tech / BE in CS/IT, understand SDLC and Agile user story writing, and are familiar with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE degree (Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred).
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of user story writing fundamentals (Agile methodology preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar is a plus.
• Understanding of technical concepts such as: APIs Environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) Basic software development terminology
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions and derive clarity from requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct/Assist maintaining project boards (Jira / Azure DevOps / similar tools) with user stories, tasks, and features.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with senior Business Analysts to manage and coordinate with technical teams.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Break down requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Communicate effectively with external US-based stakeholders
• Support development teams by providing clarity on requirements and functional expectations
• Contribute to creating artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, flow diagrams, and process documents
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
