Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with development teams during solution design and implementation.
• Participate in solutioning, feasibility analysis, and technical discussions.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and requirement documents.
• Support UAT, defect analysis, and requirement traceability.

Required Skills

• Strong development background with exposure to Java and/or .NET technologies.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of RDBMS such as MySQL and Oracle.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
