Job summary

• Monitor and manage ITSM ticket queues to maintain MTTR and SLA compliance
• Perform alarm analysis, O&M, and change request implementation on IP nodes (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Security Gateways)
• Identify root causes for P0/P1/P2/P3/P4 incidents and recommend resolution actions
• Act as first point of contact for alarm, event & KPI-related issues
• Collaborate with field teams for hardware failures and node unreachable scenarios
• Conduct node health checks, backups & deviation troubleshooting
• Handle 3PP/OEM escalations, problem management & customer governance
• Proactively detect potential failures to ensure incident avoidance
• Support MIR & CSR reporting to respective teams
• IP Networking / Network Operations
• Strong analytical, logical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

The Job

We are looking for an experienced IP Network Engineer to join our Network Operations team, responsible for alarm analysis, fault management, troubleshooting, and change request implementation across a multi-vendor IP infrastructure.
