What you'll do:

• Overseeing the operations and maintenance of mechanical systems, including Lifts, Fire Protection Systems, ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) Systems, and Building Automation Systems (BAS). Supporting the Manager (O&M) in ensuring efficient facility performance.
• Serving as a key point of contact for technical support by managing daily technical operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining O&M functions to ensure smooth functioning for tenants and the overall IT park environment.
• Actively contributing to strategic decision-making initiatives at TIDEL PARK LTD and playing a leadership role in driving organizational growth.
• Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director or Management.

Experience:

• 4 years of experience (post-graduation) or 7 years of experience (post-diploma) in Operations and Maintenance of mechanical systems in multistorey buildings, including Lifts, Fire Protection Systems, Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Systems, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Strong proficiency in business communication in both English and Tamil.
