Job summary

Gruner Renewable Energy is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer - Operation Maintenance to oversee Biogas Plant operations across assigned shifts in India. The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and prompt troubleshooting of operational issues.

You will supervise plant operations, coordinate with field and panel operators, and ensure maintenance activities are carried out as per plan, while upholding safety drills and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in shift operations, preferably in Biogas/Bio-CNG or process plants.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of plant systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and field conditions.

Responsibilities

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Shift Engineer - Operation Maintenance to oversee the operations of our Biogas Plant during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth plant functioning, adherence to safety standards/SOPs, and timely troubleshooting of any operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:
