Job summary

Psiog is seeking a Technical Architect/Full Stack Architect to lead and shape complex software solutions. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, designing scalable architectures, and evangelizing best practices across projects.

The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-quality software across .NET/JS/JAVA stacks and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in full stack development on .NET/JS/JAVA stacks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful or SOAP Web Services.
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Participation in HLD/LLD with Leads & Architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-skilled development team of engineers.
• Collaborate with Leads & Architects on high-level and low-level design.
• Design, develop and deliver enterprise applications and integrations.

Technical Architect/Full Stack Architect

Has a minimum of 3 years of experience doing one or more of the following -

• Played a Technical Lead role leading a team of cross skilled developers.
• Lead a team with multiple developers
• Been an Architect working with Tech Leads, multiple engineering teams and multiple developers.

Mandatory Skills

Technical

• a. Should have done Full stack application development on either .NET or JS or JAVA full stack
• iii. JAVA stack - Java and any Java framework like Spring/Spring Boot
• b. RESTful/SOAP Web Services
• d. Data Structures and Design Patterns
• e. Built or deployed applications to public or private cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
• f. Play an active role in development, code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment activities

Non-Technical

• a. Has worked closely with customer & business stakeholders, solution/technical architects, business analysts and project managers to design, develop and execute business use-cases
• b. Has taken part in high level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) phases in close collaboration with Leads & Architects
• c. Experience handling client requirements and communication directly.
• d. Excellent communication, native thinking & analytical skills.

Technical

• a. EAI or designing/developing a distributed systems architecture experience a plus
• b. Experience with a low-code platform or a product is a plus
• c. Knowledge of API-led connectivity, Microservices, events-based integration a plus

Non-Technical

• a. Ability to work with abstract problem statements in ambiguous customer environments and work independently and provide technical leadership to our IT team
• b. Ability to work on solutioning, technical architecture, high-level design and low-level design for web applications and systems’ integration across custom and low-code stacks

• Pre-sales & Discovery of a Legacy modernization exercise involving CRM & Core applications for a Telecom giant.
• Solutioning & HLD for an evolving start up product leveraging AWS serverless stack with React, Redux, FastAPI, Mongo technologies
• Conceptualize, structure & evangelize building a service offering around Enterprise Integrations.
