Job summary

Psiog is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to grow into a Technical Co-Lead role, combining hands-on development with technical leadership and stakeholder management. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure high-quality delivery and mentor engineers across Scrum teams.

Key tech stack includes React, TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Azure deployments. You will drive CI/CD, quality, and architectural decisions while growing towards delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing scalable web apps using React and .NET.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and EF Core for data access.
• Proficiency in Azure deployment, CI/CD, and cloud-native patterns.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET. Build secure REST APIs with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core, and develop and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Act as the technical anchor across one or more Scrum teams by guiding developers through code reviews, design discussions, mentoring, and contributing to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive engineering excellence by implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring code quality with SonarQube, promoting unit testing, identifying technical, delivery, and dependency risks, and driving mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, support sprint planning and estimation, participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and sprint demos, and represent the engineering team in customer discussions and technical workshops.
• Partner with the Delivery Manager to improve delivery predictability, engineering rigor, and customer satisfaction while growing into a technical leadership role with increasing ownership of delivery and people leadership.
