GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead end-to-end design across .NET and Java stacks. You will architect RESTful APIs, manage third-party integrations, and drive harness engineering and AIDLC initiatives.

This role requires hybrid work in Noida with overlap to US/UK time zones and strong DevOps practices. Responsibilities include defining scalable architectures, enabling secure data flows, and guiding Agile teams through governance and best practices to accelerate

Qualifications

• Expert-level hands-on in .NET Core and Java/Spring Boot.

Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to drive the end-to-end design, integration, and modern engineering practices across complex multi-stack environments (.NET and Java). In this role, you will architect resilient RESTful APIs, manage upstream/downstream integrations with third‑party platforms, and lead harness engineering and AI‑Assisted Software Development Life Cycle (AIDLC) initiatives. You will bridge high‑level strategy with technical execution across continuous deployment pipelines in an Agile delivery framework.

Requirements

Location: Noida, India (2 days from office per week)

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Ensuring overlap with US/UK client timezones)

Technical Qualifications:

• Core Frameworks: Deep hands‑on expertise in both .NET Core and Java / Spring Boot, Microservices stacks.
• Integration & APIs: Proven experience designing REST APIs, GraphQL, ESB/Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and third‑party vendor integrations.
• System Design: Extensive knowledge of Microservices, Event‑Driven Architecture, Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), and upstream/downstream data flow management.
• Engineering & AI Practices: Mastery of Harness Engineering, TDD/BDD, automated testing frameworks, and AIDLC tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• DevOps & Pipelines: Expert understanding of deployment pipeline automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS, GitHub Actions) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Soft Skills & Operational Requirements:

• Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and architectural problem‑solving capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical vision to executive, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Methodology: Deep familiarity with scaled Agile framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban environments.
• Shift Flexibility: Readiness to work the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift to align with global development teams and leads.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Capital Markets (e.g., Retirement Plan Services, Trading Systems, Clearing/Settlements, or Wealth Management) is a strong plus.

Job responsibilities

• Architecture & Multi‑Stack Design: Define enterprise‑grade system architectures spanning both .NET and Java platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
• API & System Integration: Design robust API strategies and manage complex integrations with third‑party systems, legacy platforms, and critical upstream/downstream application dependencies.
• Harness Engineering & AIDLC: Implement harness engineering practices (automated test harnesses, feature flags, chaos engineering) and embed AI‑Assisted Software Development Life Cycle (AIDLC) tools across dev teams to maximize engineering velocity.
• CI/CD & Deployment Pipelines: Architect robust continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, establishing deployment strategies (blue/green, canary) for enterprise web services.
