Job summary

Psiog is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to grow into a Technical Co-Lead role. You will design, develop, and deliver scalable web apps using React and .NET, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with the Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will work with Azure-based deployments, REST APIs, and modern CI/CD practices in a fast-paced, global delivery environment. Chennai-based team, strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to grow into a Technical Co-Lead role, combining hands-on development with technical leadership, team coordination, stakeholder management, and engineering excellence while partnering with the Delivery Manager to drive high-quality delivery and mentor engineers.
KeyResponsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET. Build secure REST APIs with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core, and develop and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Act as the technical anchor across one or more Scrum teams by guiding developers through code reviews, design discussions, mentoring, and contributing to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive engineering excellence by implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring code quality with SonarQube, promoting unit testing, identifying technical, delivery, and dependency risks, and driving mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, support sprint planning and estimation, participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and sprint demos, and represent the engineering team in customer discussions and technical workshops.
• Partner with the Delivery Manager to improve delivery predictability, engineering rigor, and customer satisfaction while growing into a technical leadership role with increasing ownership of delivery and people leadership.
