Job summary

Aspire Systems in Bengaluru seeks a highly experienced Technical Architect with 14+ years of hands-on experience shaping enterprise-grade applications. You will define architectures, ensure scalability, security, performance, and guide engineering teams across initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering leaders to deliver reliable systems using .NET stack, cloud services, and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into scalable architectural designs (HLD/LLD).
• Hands-on architecture across microservices, event-driven, CQRS, serverless, and Clean Architecture.
• Proficient in SOLID/DRY/GoF patterns for solving complex problems.
• Experience building scalable Microsoft-based systems and open standards.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to cloud services on Azure and/or AWS — compute, storage, messaging, identity, and managed AI services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Bicep, Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong performance engineering and tuning: profiling, load testing, caching strategies, async/parallel processing.
• Knowledge of security architecture: OAuth2/OIDC, API gateway patterns, secrets management, and data encryption at rest and in transit.
• Proven architectural consulting experience across varied domains and enterprise customers.
• Proficient in Visio, draw.io, Lucidchart, or equivalent tools for communicating architecture.
• Mentor and guide development teams in writing quality, maintainable code; conduct structured code reviews and drive refactoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, and business leaders to define and execute organizational technology initiatives.
• Drive AI literacy within engineering teams.

Job description

• Seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with 14+ years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade applications. This role is hands-on and focuses on defining application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability, while guiding engineering teams and influencing technology decisions across initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectural designs, including High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation
• Deep hands-on experience in Application Architecture and design across multiple architectural styles — Microservices, Event-Driven, CQRS, Serverless, and Clean Architecture
• Proficient in industry-standard design patterns (SOLID, DRY, GoF patterns) for solving complex functional and non-functional problems
• Design and build highly scalable, maintainable, and available systems using Microsoft technologies and open standards

Key Responsibilities:
