Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking an Upgrade Specialist to support complex upgrade projects across local and global environments. You will perform code conversion, validation, and customization alignment during upgrades, and prepare runbooks, checklists, and deployment activities.

You will also participate in Go-Live, cutover planning, and post-upgrade support, while coordinating with development, testing, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with TAFC, TAFJ, or TAFC-to-TAFJ migration projects.
• Hands-on Local Code Conversion, Version, Enquiry, OFS, COB, and Batch Processing.
• Knowledge of Upgrade Services, DBImport, DBUpdate, Componentization, or Workbench is preferred.
• Experience in Go-Live support, Cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Working knowledge of InfoBasic, Java Extensibility, SQL/PLSQL, jBASE, and Unix/Linux.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation, installation guides, and upgrade reports.
