Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking a Gen AI Technical Architect in Chennai/Bangalore (Hybrid) to bridge core software engineering with generative AI, defining technical blueprints for scalable, secure enterprise applications powered by AI agents.

You will lead from the front on microservices, cloud-native infra, RAG frameworks, and Foundation Models, while mentoring engineers and contributing to whitepapers and content.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in Gen AI and software architecture.

• Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures for core enterprise platforms, focusing on microservices and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Architect end-to-end generative AI systems, including RAG frameworks and multi-agent workflows; select, fine-tune, and orchestrate Foundation Models from leading providers.
• Define AI topologies like tool routing, memory strategies, and semantic search integration using LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship; translate strategic AI concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
• Frontend for customer and prospect calls.
• Contribute to whitepapers and marketing content.

Role Gen AI Technical Architect

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Gen AI & Software Architect to bridge the gap between core software engineering and modern generative AI. You will define the technical blueprints for our next-generation enterprise applications, ensuring they are scalable, highly secure, and powered by intelligent AI agents. You will lead from the front, setting best practices for both full-stack software development and Agent development

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Architecture & Engineering - Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures for our core enterprise platforms, focusing on microservices and cloud-native infrastructure. Establish engineering guardrails, coding standards, and best practices across distributed teams. Define CI/CD pipelines, API-driven integrations, and state-of-the-art DevOps practices.
2. Gen AI & Agentic System Design - Architect end-to-end generative AI systems, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and multi-agent workflows. Select, fine-tune, and orchestrate Foundation Models (LLMs) from leading providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
3. Define AI topologies like tool routing, memory strategies, and semantic search integration using frameworks such as LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework
4. Technical Leadership & Mentorship Partner with product and business stakeholders to turn strategic AI concepts into actionable, high-impact engineering roadmaps. Mentor and upskill UI developers, backend engineers, and data scientists to build a strong AI-native culture.
5. Frontend for customer and prospect calls
6. Contribute to whitepaper and marketing content preparation
