Job summary

InfoBeans is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of complex projects on the Salesforce platform.

You will provide technical leadership, govern integrations, optimize performance, and maintain security and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• CTA, Application Architect, and System Architect certifications.
• Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Deep knowledge of declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Salesforce Technical Architect with 10+ years experience you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform that meet business requirements and align with best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices. This includes data model design, custom application development, integration architecture, and security model design.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices and standards. Mentor developers on technical aspects of Salesforce development.
• Platform Expertise: Maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Stay up to date with new features and releases and evaluate their potential impact on existing solutions.
• Integration: Design and implement Salesforce integrations with other systems, both internal and external. Evaluate integration patterns and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and industry regulations. Implement governance processes to maintain data integrity and security within Salesforce applications.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, SOQL queries, and data model design. Optimize system performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
• Documentation and Training: Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and development guidelines. Provide training and knowledge transfer to development teams and stakeholders as needed.
• Technical Pre-sales Support: Assist sales teams in scoping and estimating Salesforce projects. Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical discussions with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative features (e.g., Process Builder, Flows) and programmatic capabilities (e.g., Apex, Visualforce).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica).
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and methodologies, including Salesforce DX, Git version control, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (formerly Velocity) or other industry-specific solutions built on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams in a project delivery environment.
