Salesforce Technical Architect & Practice Delivery Lead

We are seeking a senior, client-facing Salesforce Technical Architect to lead our Salesforce practice, own solution architecture, and manage the successful delivery of multiple client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology and delivery partner for clients, including senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience and other relevant Salesforce Clouds.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, APIs, integrations and Salesforce security.
• Architect Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 solutions covering ingestion, data modelling, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, activation and governance.
• Design and implement Agentforce solutions, including agents, topics, instructions, actions, prompts, grounding, RAG, guardrails and human-escalation workflows.
• Manage projects from discovery through deployment: scope, estimates, plans, resources, budgets, risks, quality and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead, mentor and develop architects, developers, consultants and administrators across the practice.
• Establish architecture, coding, DevOps, documentation and release-management standards.
• Lead technical discovery, solution workshops, estimations, proposals, demonstrations and presales activities.
• Manage delivery escalations and ensure strong client satisfaction, team utilisation and project profitability.
• Develop reusable solutions, accelerators and capability-building plans for the Salesforce practice.

Required experience

• 10+ years in enterprise technology, including 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 4+ years as a Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect.
• Proven ownership of large, multi-cloud Salesforce programs and client-facing delivery.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce development, integration, data migration, security and performance expertise.
• Practical implementation experience with Data Cloud/Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Experience managing multiple projects, distributed teams, budgets and delivery commitments.
• Strong executive communication, consulting, negotiation and escalation-management skills.

Preferred credentials

Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect or CTA; Data Cloud Consultant; Agentforce Specialist; Platform Developer II; Integration Architect; PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification.
