Good co India is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to define robust architectures and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will lead decisions across applications, databases, and integrations while guiding teams in cloud-native deployments and modernization efforts.

The role requires hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, and security-focused design. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of software engineering or architecture experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Java, C#/.NET, Python or similar.
• Hands-on knowledge of microservices, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architecture.
• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, scalability, performance optimization, and application security.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and event-driven or messaging architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to make sound technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and providing architecture-level technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant masters degree or professional certifications are an advantage.

• Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and opportunities for modernization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, senior engineers, and technical leads.
• Drive cloud adoption, application modernization, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, reliability, scalability, availability, maintainability, and performance.
• Prepare and maintain architecture documents, technical specifications, solution diagrams, and technology roadmaps.
