Job summary

EXL is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to drive HR digitization initiatives in India. You will lead deployment and continuous enhancements of Oracle Fusion HCM and other SaaS HR solutions, coordinating with enablement teams for smooth implementation and operations.

You will partner with HR leadership to drive analytics, better user experience, and process optimization while handling stakeholder expectations with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Absence, Comp, Benfits).
• Ability to map business requirements to Oracle HCM features.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion AI and AI agents.
• Experience with analytical/ reporting tools (OTBI/ BI, Power BI).
• Hands-on HDL/HSDL, Personalization, Workflow customization, and configuration modifications.
