Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical discipline.
• Experience in elevators/escalators or industrial equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work across PAN India.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance: perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators/escalators; installation, testing and commissioning; ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: diagnose mechanical/electrical faults; attend service calls; replace defective components.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety policies; conduct routine inspections; maintain documentation.
• Customer Support: coordinate with customers regarding maintenance; address concerns professionally; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: submit daily service reports and maintenance checklists; inform supervisors of site requirements.

Job Summary: The Sr. Technician/Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and escalators. Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators and escalators.
  • Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning activities as assigned.
  • Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Attend service calls and rectify issues within stipulated timelines.
  • Replace defective components and perform corrective maintenance.

Qualifications
